What is “At-home Care Service”?
The word At-home Care Service is a concept that signifies you can get all the care you need right at where you live.
How do I choose between types of care I or my loved ones need?
At CareLit, we understand that everyone’s need is different. You can choose from our care packages and discuss with our service manager in order to ensure you find exactly what you need.
Who are the people that will provide care?
The ones to provide care to you or your loved ones are called Caregivers. They are professionals, skilled, caring and compassionate, and trained by us to provide you the best care.
At CareLit, we understand that the Caregivers are at the heart of our business. Our caregivers are selected from large pool of qualified candidates through a very rigorous screening process. The selected candidates are then trained and tested to ensure high quality services for our clients.
How do I choose my Caregiver?
During an initial assessment, we learn about our client’s individual situation and requirements. We select the appropriate caregiver from our pool of dedicated caregivers using our matching system. Our service team then arranges a meeting to introduce the selected caregiver to you.
What happens if I don’t feel my Caregiver is right for my family?
We take great care to ensure that you have the best caregiver for your needs based on your information and the caregiver’s professional as well as personal qualities. But in the rare cases where a family feels that the caregiver just isn’t a right match, we will present a new selection of caregivers for you to choose from.
How quickly can at-home care be arranged?
We understand that sometimes care is needed at a short notice. Normally we can arrange a caregiver for you as soon as in three to five days.
How often is my Care Service reviewed?
Your care service is constantly monitored by our dedicated team, and our caregivers are always supervised by our care managers. This continued communication ensures that we can arrange any revision and solution promptly.
How long shall I have the same caregiver?
If the caregiver is a good match for you, then you may have the service from them as long as you stay with us, barring their off-days, holidays, or any unforeseen complications
Do you offer short-term care?
Yes. You can have the service for as long as you need.
How do we pay for CareLit’s services?
All payments for our services MUST be paid through CareLit’s bank account. We will provide the bank account details in our contract documents.
What happens if we have any concern?
As soon as you have any concern, please call our hotline or send us an email. We will promptly work to solve any problem you may have.
